Horsetooth Tournament Update
Information for those camping/fishing at the Horsetooth tournament.
The CWA Tournament will be based out of the Inlet Bay. Saturday and Sunday launches will occur from this point as will boat check in and the Friday rules meeting. Steve and I will need to determine a specific location to have the weigh-in but it will somewhere in Inlet Bay.
Park Passes – As you enter the park through the south entrance, the attendee will have a list of tournament entrant names and will have a bright colored “CWA Parks Pass” that they will give you. Place this on your dash. It will allow you entry Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Camping – We were allotted 8 camping sites and per the tournament entry form, these were given out on a first come-first serve basis. As of 7/27/06 there are no more sites available. We have been told the sites are big enough to allow for two teams to camp in each site. Below is a list of those who have been given campsites, it also lists the other party you will be camping alongside. You will need to visit the “Camp Host” to determine the exact site you are to be in. The “Camp Host” will have a copy of the team names who are camping and they will check you off the list as you visit them. Camping is for Friday night and Saturday night. You can check into your site (once you visit the Camp Host) Friday as early as 8:00am and will need to be out of your site Sunday by 7:00pm.
