CWA Ranger Cup 2006
CWA has its first Ranger Cup Winners
The CWA has joined with Ranger this year to augment the winnings for
Ranger boat owners who are registered in the Ranger Cup Program. At
the Ice Breaker Tournament, Dan and Shandra Stringer, owners of a
Mercury powered Ranger 620 VS were presented with an additional
$100.00 for placing the highest amongst the other Ranger Cup
participants. In addition to the Ranger Cup award, Dan and Shandra
placed 5th overall and 1st in the mixed standings. Congratulations
to Dan and Shandra.
Said Dave Kooser, CWA President, “when the wind kicked up and other trolling teams were being blown about or had to abandon the trolling presentation, the Stringers in their Ranger 620 were relatively unaffected by the wind and they were able to stay with their program.”
The Ranger Cup program will pay $150.00 per day for our points tournaments, again, to those registered in the Ranger Cup Program.
